A standard 50-minute individual psychology consultation in person or via telehealth is $290. Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for a rebate or funding through Medicare, private health insurance, DVA, WorkSafe, TAC, FAS, DVA or the NDIS.

Rebates, funding arrangements and eligibility can change and generally do not cover cancellations or non attendances. Please check with the relevant funding body or contact administration if you are unsure what applies to you.
Medicare & private health
You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for up to 10sessions per calendar year with an appropriate referral, including a Mental Health Treatment Plan. You must bring your referral to your first appointment to access the rebate. Speak with your GP or Psychiatrist regarding your eligability
Some private health policies also provide psychology rebates. Please check your eligibility and level of cover with Medicare, your GP or your insurer.
Other funding
Eligible psychological treatment may also be funded through DVA, WorkSafe Victoria, TAC or the NDIS. Please provide your relevant claim, plan or funding details when arranging your appointment so that billing arrangements can be confirmed. You must provide your claim number, any referral from your GP or case manager and confirm eligible for psychological treatment prior to attending to access rebates. The number of rebated session will also vary based on your specific circumstances and determined by the funding body.
Supervision
Clinical supervision is $290 per 50-minute session. Supervision is available in person or by telehealth.
Payment & reduced fees
Payment is generally required at the time of your appointment via credit card, bank transfer, EFT or cash inclinic, unless treatment is being billed directly to an approved funding body. Reduced fees or bulk billing may be available in limited circumstances and must be discussed and agreed upon before the appointment.
Reports & other professional work
Additional fees may apply for reports, letters, assessments, consultation with other professionals or other work undertaken outside your appointment. Where substantial additional work is requested, the likely fee will be discussed beforehand.
